POLICY

At Manuel Domain, we are committed to delivering premium menswear and ensuring every customer receives products in their intended original condition. To maintain strict product hygiene, quality control, and fair inventory management, the following return and refund policy applies.

REFUND ELIGIBLITY

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective or damaged upon arrival

• The wrong item was delivered to the customer

• The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

To qualify for a refund, items must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be free from stains, odour, damage, or washing

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in the original packaging

Items that show any signs of wear, washing, perfume, deodorant stains, stretching, or alteration will NOT be accepted for refund.

INSPECTION PROCESS

All returned items will undergo a strict quality inspection upon arrival.

If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund request will be rejected and the item may be returned back to the customer.

REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and bank processing times.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be granted for the following:

Change of mind after purchase

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Items returned after the allowed request period

Products without original tags or packaging

EXCHANGES

If a customer needs a different size, size exchanges may be offered depending on stock availability.

Customers must request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery and the item must meet the same unused condition requirements.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Manuel Domain reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if fraudulent activity, product misuse, or policy abuse is suspected.
